The Company operates wide-body, long-range aircraft (B747-400F. MD11F and DC10-30F) under multiple types of contracts including; (1) ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance) and (2) Full Service. Under both types of contracts, the customer bears the responsibility for filling the aircraft's cargo capacity. Many of our customers have determined that outsourcing a portion of their wide-body cargo requirements can be cost-effective, offering significant operational and financial flexibility.
